Cotl uses the providers below to operate its websites, application, payment, communications, analytics, security, and AI-enabled services. This page supplements the Cotl Privacy Policy by identifying current providers.
The term “provider” on this page includes vendors that process information for Cotl and third parties that may process information under their own terms. Not every provider acts as a processor or subprocessor for every activity. Cotl may update this page as its providers, services, and processing change.

Current providers
The following details each provider and a description of the services or information involved.
Amazon Web Services
Hosting for Cotl’s existing plan.cotl.pet page through Amazon S3 and CloudFront. Information may include IP address, device and request information, and public-page activity.
Anthropic
AI models and document-processing features. When a user invokes an AI-enabled feature, Anthropic may receive prompts, selected uploads or source content, relevant pet or household profile content, and generated outputs.
Brevo
May support newsletter signup forms, marketing email, marketing SMS or text messaging, and certain website or application marketing and conversion events. Information may include name, email address, phone number, form responses, communication preferences, cookie, device, and similar identifiers, page or screen activity, feature and interaction events, account-creation and conversion events, subscription-related events, referral or attribution information, related event properties where applicable, and engagement with marketing communications.
Cloudflare
Network delivery, application infrastructure, domain-name services, security, and email routing. Information may include IP address, device and request data, requested URLs, content routed or cached to provide the service, and information routed through Cotl support email.
Elfsight
Embedded widgets on Cotl’s public website. Information may include IP address, device and cookie identifiers, and interactions with a widget.
Google sign-in, Google Workspace, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager may support website and application analytics and event measurement. Information may include basic sign-in profile information; business email content and metadata; cookie, device, and similar identifiers; page or screen activity; feature and interaction events; account-creation and conversion events; subscription-related events; referral or attribution information; and related event properties where applicable.
Kit

Meta
Advertising, attribution, conversion measurement, and related analytics across Cotl’s website and application. Information may include cookie, device, and similar identifiers; page or screen activity; feature and interaction events; account-creation and conversion events; subscription-related events; referral or attribution information; and related event properties where applicable.
Post Affiliate Pro
Affiliate and attribution measurement on Cotl’s public website. Information may include cookie identifiers, referral information, and public-website activity.
PostHog
Website and application analytics, event tracking, product usage, and feature engagement. Information may include account or user identifiers; cookie, device, and similar identifiers; page or screen activity; feature and interaction events; account-creation and conversion events; subscription-related events; referral or attribution information; and related event properties where applicable.
Resend
Transactional and account email. Information may include the recipient’s email address and the content needed to send the message.
Rewardful
Affiliate and attribution measurement on Cotl’s public website. Information may include cookie identifiers, referral information, and public-website activity.
Sentry
Error monitoring and technical diagnostics. Information may include error, browser, device, application-environment, and related technical data.
Squarespace
Hosting and features for Cotl’s public website. Information may include public-website usage, device and cookie information, and information submitted through website forms.
Stripe
Payment processing and subscription management. Information may include contact, billing, payment, transaction, and subscription information.
Supabase
Authentication, database, and file storage. Information may include account and authentication data; household, pet, home, and contact information; uploaded files; Care Notes and sharing records; and subscription-entitlement information.
